Cincinnati Retirement System may search for its first small-cap U.S. equity manager and additional international equity and domestic fixed-income managers as a result of a recent asset allocation study, said Jack Walsh, pension fund manager for the $2.4 billion fund. Mr. Walsh, who declined to give the new asset mix, said the board will meet Feb. 4 to consider the recommendations made by William M. Mercer, the funds actuary.
