Louisiana District Attorneys' Retirement System, New Orleans, is conducting an asset allocation study that could lead to a search for an additional domestic large-cap growth manager, said John Vann of John Vann Co., consultant to the $130 million fund.
The current asset mix is 56.8% U.S. equity; 38.9% domestic fixed income; and 4.3% international equity. The study is expected to be completed by February.
Separately, Mr. Vann said no decision has been made on whether to replace Fox Asset Management as a large-cap value manager. The fund terminated Fox after several staffers left to form Osprey Capital Management.
