Tulsa County (Okla.) Employees' Retirement System will issue an RFP Feb. 1 for its first S&P 500 index fund manager to diversify the $120 million fund, said Robert Hyer, deputy treasurer. Proposals will be due four to six weeks later.
Mr. Hyer said $25 million will be allocated to the new manager. Funding will come from reducing active core U.S. equity investments.
