Dan Gross and Russ LaBarge have formed Strategic Capital Advisors, a traditional consulting firm. Messrs. Gross and LaBarge were investment advisers at startup Strategic Financial Concepts, Mr. Gross said, but they felt the new entity couldn’t support four principals. At Strategic Financial, CEO Carl Londe said: "We still believe we have a viable business.’’
