Richard Malconian was hired as managing director and head of Barclays Global Investors' new U.S. defined contribution business channel, and Lee Harbert was named managing director and head of business development for U.S. defined contribution. Both are new positions.
Mr. Malconian previously was a managing director at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Harbert formerly was senior vice president and manager of client services at Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Services
