Judy M. Bednar was promoted to senior vice president and sole head of structured equities, which includes all equity index products, at Northern Trust Quantitative Advisors. Ms. Bednar previously was a vice president and co-head of passive equities. She replaces Kristen R. Hart, who left her position as director-passive equity and fixed-income management to spend more time with her family. Bradford S. Adams Jr., a vice president, was elevated to head of passive fixed income.
