Aurora (Colo.) City General Employees' Retirement Plan narrowed a search for its first manager to run a $12 million small-cap U.S. equity portfolio to three finalists, said Thomas Connell, administrator for the $175 million fund. Mr. Connell, who declined to name finalists, said the funding source hasn't been determined.
The board is expected to make a decision at its Jan. 28 board meeting.
