James Li was named investment officer for Accessor Capital Management. The newly created position is part of the company's expansion.
Mr. Li's responsibilities will include selecting and monitoring outside managers for the eight manager-of-manager mutual funds. He also will join the Accessor Money Market Fund management team.
Mr. Li previously was a pension fund consultant at Frank Russell, where his duties were assumed by other consultants.
