Stanislaus County Employees' Retirement Association's board of trustees, Modesto, Calif., is expected to approve an RFP for a small-cap equity manager within two months. Harmon Jr., retirement manager. The money will come from cash. The fund's consultant, Capital Resources, has recommended the RFP.
