National Elevator Industry Benefit Plans, Newton Square, Pa., hired Brandywine Asset Management to run $70 million in small-cap value U.S. equities for the $3.3 billion fund, said Robert Milano, plan administrator. The funding source and reason for hiring were not disclosed.
