Pensions & Investments added two staff members to its New York office and three in the Chicago office.
In New York, Phyllis Feinberg and Bruce Kelly joined the staff as reporters.
Ms. Feinberg previously served as managing editor for Structured Finance. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Simmons College in Boston. She will be covering corporate governance and general pension investing.
Mr. Kelly, formerly a reporter for American Metal Market, will cover international investing. He attended Rutgers College, New Brunswick, N.J., where he earned a bachelor's degree in English.
Wendell Hutson joins P&I as a reporter in Chicago, primarily covering news for P&I Daily, a fax newsletter.
Also in Chicago, Kristin M. Fox and Marcy Boggs joined P&I as copy editors.
Previously, Ms. Fox worked as managing editor for Hedge Fund Research Inc. in Chicago. She earned a bachelor's degree in English literature and communications from North Park College in Chicago.
Ms. Boggs previously served as managing editor of three magazines published by Associated Publications in Chicago. Ms. Boggs earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Ind.
