Jill Eicher joined Lincoln Capital Management as COO, replacing Seamon (Sandy) Lincoln, who resigned from the firm in mid-1997. Ms. Eicher had been a partner with Hellman, Jordan Management.
Hellman Jordan officials did not return calls regarding Ms. Eicher's replacement.
Peter Rzasnicki and William J. Stallkamp have been named vice chairmen at Mellon Bank Corp. Mr. Rzasnicki heads Mellon's Global Trust Services and is responsible for all aspects of the institutional trust and custody business. Mr. Stallkamp oversees company operations in the Philadelphia region and is responsible for Mellon's mid-Atlantic strategy
