Sean Casey, former vice president and co-head of global fixed income at Merrill Lynch Asset Management, joined Bradford & Marzec. He will head up international fixed income with Patrice Milton, hired in February. The team replaces Graham Allen, who left to join Wells Fargo. Merrill officials did not return phone calls about Mr. Casey's replacement.
Bruce Megowan joined Chadwick, Saylor as senior director of real estate, a new position. Mr. Megowan was a vice president with ERE-Yarmouth; he will not be replaced.
Robert Zerbst has been named chairman of Westmark Realty Advisors, succeeding Richard Clotfelter who will retire April 1 from the chairmanship. Mr. Zerbst will retain his title as president of the firm
