Thomas J. Steffanci joined fixed-income management firm Anhalt/O'Connell as a partner. The name of the firm, will now change to Anhalt/O'Connell & Steffanci. Mr. Steffanci had been managing private investment portfolios since leaving in 1995 his post as director of fixed income at Fidelity.
Gary Fields, financial director for the Bay City (Mich.) Police and Fire Retirement System, has left to join an accounting firm. Cathy Szostak, accounting analyst, will oversee the $60 million fund in the interim.
The search for Mr. Fields' replacement is expected to take about two months, she said.
Graham Allen will join Wells Capital as director for global fixed income. He had been a global portfolio manager at Bradford & Marzec, where he was replaced by Patrice Milton, who most recently ran a global hedge fund at Coast Global Advisors.
Dan Kokoszka also joined Wells as portfolio manager for global fixed income. He was assistant to Mr. Allen at Bradford & Marzec and will not be replaced.
Tom Harrison has been named principal national consultant, marketing, at Wells. He was director of institutional client development at Merrill Lynch Asset Management. His replacement there is being sought.
Susan E. Skerritt joined Treasury Strategies as its fourth partner. She was a principal at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in bank, insurance and pension custodial relationships. Ms. Skerritt will be the only New York-based member of the Chicago-based firm. Her replacement at Morgan Stanley has not yet been named, a spokeswoman said
