Kie Hall, executive director of the $3.3 billion Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System, Little Rock, died last week after a long battle with cancer, said Bill Van Cleef, a ssistant director. The board of trustees will meet Monday to name an acting director and begin a search for a new executive director.
Michael Walsh will become pension administrator for the $150 million East Hartford (Conn.) Town R etirement System. He replaces Barbara Avard, who left last year to join the Charlotte Firefighters Retirement System.
