Kathy A. Stover was hired as executive director and secretary to the City of Milwaukee Employes' Retirement System, taking over for Robert Nehls, who retired.
Ms. Stover is an attorney and previously served as a trustee to the Kansas Public Employees' Retirement System, Topeka.
Mark Yusko has been named CIO at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He will oversee $645 million, most of which is endowment assets. Mr. Yusko previously was senior investment director at the University of Notre Dame du Lac, Notre Dame, Ind., where his duties will be shared by existing staff. At UNC, he replaces Wayne Morgan, who joined Wachovia last year.
Scott Tuck joined Montgomery Asset Management as executive vice president and director of institutional sales and marketing, a new position.
Mr. Tuck was managing director of client services and new business development and was responsible for public funds on the West Coast at Chancellor LGT. A Chancellor spokeswoman said his duties have been reassigned internally
