Frank P. Minard will become managing director and head of global marketing and client services at Morgan Stanley Asset Management. In this newly created position, he will oversee marketing and client services for MSAM and Miller, Anderson & Sherrerd's institutional business. He begins Monday.
Mr. Minard most recently was a managing director and head of quantitative equity investment management at Bankers Trust, where his duties were assumed by Jerry Chaffin.
Abel Sithole has been named CEO of the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund, Bryanston, South Africa. He will succeed Japie Lubbe, who left the 13.5 billion rand ($2.7 billion) fund last summer to become a director at R.F. Cadiz & Co. Property.
Currently, Mr. Sithole is assistant general manager of Southern Life Association, where he oversees the Mine Workers Provident Fund. He has not been replaced
