Scott L. Lummer joined the 401(k) Forum as its CIO. Mr. Lummer officially left Ibbotson Associates at the end of 1997, although his involvement as a managing director at the company ended earlier that year.
William Battersby joined Royal & Sun Alliance Worldwide Asset Management as assistant director, institutional sales, a new position.
Mr. Battersby was business manager, quantitative products, at Commercial Union Investment Management. It has not yet been decided whether he will be replaced
