Yanni-Bilkey Asset Planning will change its name later this month to Yanni & Co.-Investment Advisors, reflecting the company’s broadened ownership. President James E. Yanni now shares ownership with principals John H. Cummins Jr., Joseph G. Salpietro and Bret J. Stutzman. Founder Terry Bilkey’s share of the company was purchased by the other principals.
