Gart Sports Co., Denver, hired INVESCO Retirement Plan Services to administer its $17 million 401(k) plan, said Bill Hensel, INVESCO spokesman.
Gart will be merging the plan of Oshman’s Sporting Goods, which it acquired in June, into its plan by July 31. The combined plan will offer 16 mutual funds managed by INVESCO, AIM and some other money managers, according to a Gart spokeswoman.
