David Graus and Michael Moy resigned as managing directors at Pacific Corporate Group, said Christopher Bower, CEO. They have been replaced by Kelly K. DePonte and A.J. Matsuura, said Mr. Bower. Mr. DePonte is COO and will continue in that role while taking on additional client service responsibilities. Mr. Matsuura was a senior vice president.
The resignations are tied to the California Public Employees' Retirement System's recent decision not to renew PCG's contract as its private equity limited partnership consultant, said Mr. Bower.
Mr. Graus said there are no plans for the two men to start their own firm, nor has he decided what he will do next. Mr. Moy could not be reached.
