Eugene F. Conway has been appointed portfolio manager for Prime Property Fund, the $2.8 billion open-end real estate commingled fund sponsored by ERE Yarmouth, said a spokesman. Mr. Conway, who was deputy portfolio manager, succeeds Harry D. Pierandri. Mr. Pierandri, a senior executive vice president, will serve on ERE Yarmouth's executive committee and on PPF's strategic planning committee.
Jill B. Jordon will join Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management as senior vice president, head of institutional business. In the new position, she will oversee all institutional business activities of the firm and will be a member of the management committee.
Previously, Ms. Jordon was head of Smith Barney Capital Management's marketing, sales and client service group. CIO Bruce Sargent will assume her duties in the interim
