The Bush Foundation, St. Paul, Minn., hired Winslow Capital Management to run $80 million in large-cap growth equities for the $600 million fund, said Connie Thompson, CFO. Assets will come from a reallocation.
The Road Commission for Oakland County Retirement System, Beverly Hills, Mich., hired Merrill Lynch Consulting and Advisory Services/The Brice Group as consultant, said Dennis A. Lockhard, director of finance. Pension Portfolio Advisors had been consultant to the $110 million fund. Merrill Lynch will be working on the fund's investment policy, guidelines and objectives to reflect recent amendments to Michigan law
