Haynes International Inc., Kokomo, Ind., will be starting a year-long review of its 401(k) investment options in February, said Julia Ingle, human resources administrator. The defined contribution plans total $20 million and offer eight options. The managers are: Key Corp., which offers a bond fund, a value equity fund and a GIC fund; Vanguard, an international equity fund; Massachusetts Mutual, an equity fund; Dodge & Cox, a balanced fund; Morgan Grenfell, a fixed-income fund; and Boatmen's Trust, a stable value fund.
Oxford Financial Advisors will assist with analyzing the salaried employees plan with five options; the non-salaried employees plan option review will be done in-house, she said.Separately, Ms. Ingle will become manager of benefits and compensation on Feb. 1. She will be taking on the responsibilities of benefits specialist Barbara Engle, who is retiring.
