Staff for the California State Teachers' Retirement System, Sacramento, with $65 billion in assets, is requesting board approval to add three options to its 403(b) defined contribution plan. The staff wants to add intermediate fixed-income index, domestic equity small-cap and international equity EAFE index fund options.
Board approval could come as early as Thursday.
The 403(b) plan now has three options: a money market fund, a GIC/stable value fund and an
S&P 500 index portfolio.
