The Santa Barbara Group of Mutual Funds, a new fund family based in Los Angeles, hired two firms to run its first two funds. The funds are The Bender Growth fund, managed by Robert Bender & Associates, and the Starbuck-Tisdale Growth and Income fund, managed by Starbuck, Tisdale & Associates.
