The New Mexico Public Employees' Retirement Association, Santa Fe, has reissued RFPs for at least two domestic small-cap equity managers - value and growth - following an unsuccessful search in August. The placement will be for about $400 million.
Jeffrey W. States, director of investments for the $4.6 billion fund, said the RFPs have been modified slightly to attract a wider response. The previous RFP was canceled because of the low response rate. RFPs are due by Dec. 20, with final selection expected in February. Wilshire is assisting.
