Thomas P. Taneyhill has been promoted to administrator of the $2.6 billion Baltimore Retirement Systems, following the retirement of Ernest Glinka.
Mr. Taneyhill had been deputy administrator for 11 years. Among his first chores is overseeing the fund's annual asset allocation and manager review. The review should be completed by the end of the first quarter. Evaluation Associates is assisting.
