John E. Angley has joined Capital Resources as managing director responsible for overseeing consulting activities, and David A. Russell has joined as senior consultant, a new position. Mr. Angley replaced Jerome Hickey, who left Capital Resources. Mr. Angley previously was president and chief operating officer of Kemper Asset Management, now Zurich Investment Management.
Mr. Russell was a vice president for institutional consulting services at Prudential Securities
