The Robert M. Hearin Foundation, Jackson, Miss., hired Barnett Asset Advisors and Sovereign Advisers. Each will manage half of the foundation's approximately $35 million in assets.
The money will be invested in intermediate-term fixed-income portfolios. Previously, the assets had been managed internally. Mercer assisted in the search.
