Equinox Investments, a real estate investment manager with $80 million in assets, has joined with real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield to establish a joint venture, Equinox Realty Advisors.
The firm, which will be 85% owned by Equinox and 15% by Cushman & Wakefield, will provide property, asset and portfolio management services to institutional investors, charging performance-based fees.
The principals of Equinox Investments - Tony Orbe, Lisa M. Campoli, Arlene Isaacs-Love and Janice Chang Stanton - will retain their positions in the joint venture; other staffers from Cushman and Wakefield will join them shortly. Terms of weren't disclosed.
