Rosemary Sagar, formerly senior vice president of international equities at GE Investments, joined U.S. Trust Co. of New York's international division. She will be managing director and head of the new division.
That division will take over most of the international pooled and mutual funds that have been subadvised by Foreign & Colonial.
At GE, other members of the international team will assume Ms. Sagar's duties
