The District of Columbia Retirement Board, Washington, hired two new managers for its $3.6 billion pension fund. J. & W. Seligman will manage $110 million in high-yield domestic fixed income; Sasco Capital will manage $95 million in small- to midcap value domestic equity stocks. Both are new asset classes for the fund.
