The Essex County Retirement Board, Salem, Mass., yesterday interviewed five finalists in its search for two domestic equity ``emerging'' managers - Castle Rock Capital Management, Woodford Gayed, Hutchens Investment, Sector Capital Management and Farrell Wako Global, said Cynthia Kendall, chief executive assistant. The fund, which has $113 million in assets, hopes to pick two managers in about a month. The new managers will get $3 million apiece. The money will come from cash. Segal Advisors is assisting.
