Rick Jackson is joining the AFL-CIO Housing Trust as marketing manager. He had been deputy administrator at the Bricklayer & Trowel Trades International Pension Fund in Washington; he hasn't been replaced there yet. Mr. Jackson replaces Greg Dyson, who has assumed new responsibilities as regional executive at the housing trust.
