David Salvin, managing director, benefits strategies at Bankers Trust, will turn over his duties as head of BT's synthetic GIC department to Andrew Chacos, managing director, who has been involved with BT's interest rate derivatives desk, and Bill Hirschberg, managing director, who works in the risk management division at BT.
Mr. Salvin said he will remain with BT but his exact responsibilities have not yet been determined. The changes are being made at Mr. Salvin's request, he said
