The $21 million Town of North Attleboro (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System hired Boston Co. Asset Management to manage a $2 million international equity portfolio. Funding came from an allocation managed by Babson-Stewart Ivory International, which was terminated for performance reasons, said Debra Bush, secretary of the retirement board. At presstime, officials at Babson-Stewart Ivory didn't return calls seeking comment.
