Ely and two portfolio managers who ran nearly $3 billion in domestic small-cap equities for Keystone Investments left to set up a new small-cap equities group in Loomis, Sayles & Co.'s Boston Counseling group, confirmed Jeffrey L. Meade, CEO at Loomis Sayles. Other members of the team are David Smith and Philip Fine.
