Fraser Paper Inc., Minneapolis, hired American Express Institutional Services to provide quasi-bundled services for one of its three 401(k) plans. The $14 million 401(k) plan for employees of what was Cross Pointe Paper hired American Express for five investment options, daily valued record keeping, trust and administration and employee communication and investment education. Other options are a large-cap equity fund from Neuberger & Berman and an international equity fund from Templeton International.
Formerly, State Street Bank was record keeper; four investment options were run by Investment Advisers, Fidelity and Oppenheimer.
Jeffrey Slocum assisted with the choice of investment options.
