McCormick & Co., Sparks, Md., is considering adding more investment options to its $150 million 401(k) plan and will move to daily valuation, said Gordon M. Stetz Jr., assistant treasurer-financial services. The committee overseeing the fund is looking at international and specialized equity, such as small-cap stocks, among other areas. But the choices are still wide open, Mr. Stetz said. It also wants to consider other money managers in addition to Fidelity, which provides the plan's four managed investment portfolios now. The plan also offers company stock.
He said the committee decided to move to daily portfolio valuation from quarterly but it hasn't decided when to implement the change.
