The $58 billion California State Teachers' Retirement System, Sacramento, invested $150 million with Colony Capital's Colony Investors II fund, an opportunistic real estate fund, according to investment records obtained by Pensions & Investments.
Also, industry sources said that CalSTRS has narrowed its search for an adviser to provide real estate securitization services to Aldrich Eastman Waltch and LaSalle Advisors Ltd.
