JPE Inc., Ann Arbor, Mich., hired Putnam to provide bundled services for its $20 million 401(k) plan. Eight Putnam investment options will be offered, along with daily valued record keeping, trust and administrative services, employee communications and education and an automated voice response system. Previously, JPE's five subsidiaries each had a separate 401(k) plan, using multiple vendors, said Donna Bacon, vice president and general counsel. The new plan consolidates the five plans into a single plan with standard features.
