Callan Associates and Bacon & Woodrow are in preliminary discussions on creating a trans-Atlantic alliance between the two consulting firms. The alliance would give each the ability to refer clients, service mutual clients and share investment expertise outside of its home borders. There would be no change in ownership involved.
The two firms already have submitted a joint tender on a consulting contract for an unnamed prospect. The bid is still pending.
