The $25 million Attleboro (Mass.) Municipal Contributory Retirement System may send out RFPs for its first international stock manager at the end of the month. The search would be in line with a recommendation by consultant Segal Advisors to put $1.5 million into non-U.S. stocks over the next year, said Richard Boucher, city treasurer and trustee. The system's board needs to approve Segal Advisors' recommendation before a search can start. The system has the bulk of its assets in a balanced fund with BayBanks.
