Towers Perrin Asset Consulting is recruiting consultants to expand its New York office and restaff its Chicago office, said Catherine Higgins, national practice leader. The prospects should be experienced in consulting or a related business and knowledgeable about pension finance and investments; they are also expected to have an MBA degree and CFA designation, said Ms. Higgins. The Chicago restaffing is due to the departures of regional practice leader Raymond Glennon, who joined State Street Global Advisors, and consultant Beth Morris, who is relocating to the Stanford, Conn., office.
