Frank Russell Investment Management and A.G. Edwards & Sons have formed a joint venture to distribute Russell's mutual funds to individual investors through Edwards' broker network.
The Pathways program will match the investors' time horizons and risk tolerances with a combination of eight strategies using Russell funds, four involving only equity and four using both equity and fixed-income funds. Both groups will include conservative, moderate, balanced and aggressive allocations; allocations can be customized for the client. The program will charge a fee based on assets and the strategy selected.
