Segal Advisors, consultant to the $30 million Methuen (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System, plans to recommend the system invest between 5% and 10% of its assets in international equities and search for an international stock manager, said Alison Ellsworth, consultant. Segal will make that recommendation at a mid-April meeting. The system, which has only about $250,000 in a Babson-Stewart Ivory International stock fund now, probably will start by investing 5% of its assets in international, she said.
