The $1.5 billion San Diego City Employees' Retirement System plans to issue an RFP before May for a real estate consultant. The contract of Institutional Property Consultants expires this year.
The $5.2 billion ICMA Retirement Corp. is introducing four new funds of funds April 1 - all model investment portfolios or asset allocation funds. They range from the ``savings oriented'' portfolio at the most conservative end of the spectrum, with 65% in stable value investments, to ``long-term growth,'' the most aggressive fund with 80% in stocks, including 20% in international, said Robert Barkin, a spokesman.
