Seamon ``Sandy'' Lincoln and Callan Associates are negotiating for Mr. Lincoln to join the consulting firm in a senior position in Chicago, according to sources. Ronald D. Peyton, Callan president and CEO, confirmed the negotiations, but said, ``It's not a done deal.'' Mr. Lincoln quit Kemper early this year, where he was chief investment officer. He couldn't be reached for comment on the Callan job. Mauricia A. Geissler will join MFS Asset Management as director, international investment specialist, in early November. In the new position, she will market MFS' international fixed-income, equity and emerging markets products. She had been a senior vice president and international investment specialist at Putnam Investments. Putnam has not yet named her replacement
