Silver Lake has made changes to its leadership structure, Jennifer Stroud, a spokeswoman for the private equity firm, confirmed in an email.
Managing partner and managing director Mike Bingle was named vice chairman and managing partner emeritus; managing partners and managing directors Egon Durban and Greg Mondre were named co-CEOs; and managing partner and managing director Kenneth Hao was named chairman.
In addition, Joe Osnoss, a managing director, was promoted to managing partner.
Previously, the firm’s four original managing partners – Messrs. Bingle, Durban, Hao and Mondre – co-led Silver Lake’s investments and operations.
Silver Lake manages $43 billion in combined assets and committed capital.
